Online Cottage Booking System

To book the cottage you must first create an account. Once an account has been created the booking system then knows what club you belong to.

After the account has been created, please login using the link above with the username and password you selected. You may now make a booking.

All bookings are provisional until the cottage secretary confirms your booking via email. It is therefore very important that the email you specified when you created the account is correct. The Manage Bookings page will also show if the booking is still provisional or confirmed.

The cottage sleeps a maximum of 18 people and will not let you book if there is not enough space for your requirements. It will allow a booking if another club has also booked the same weekend but will warn you.

You can see availability by using the 'check availability' function from the menu.

Once a booking has been made, a provisional entry is placed into the booking system and you are giving a booking reference number, which is also emailed to you. You can go back and check or change your booking at any time by using this booking reference number. Please note however, if you have a confirmed booking and you make a change (i.e. You click 'Edit Booking') the booking will be reset to provisional again.

You can also delete your booking, which will remove the booking from the booking system and send an email to the cottage secretary.
